Usman at getusman.com is operated by Waz HyperNetwork LLC ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to use of our website and purchases from our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your statutory rights.

Products and use

We sell scalp-care, hair-care and related accessories. Read the product label, ingredient list and directions before use. Products are intended for external use as directed. Avoid contact with eyes and stop use if irritation occurs. Website information is not a diagnosis or a guarantee of a particular result. Product appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, screens or packaging updates; this does not limit your right to receive goods that match their description.

Orders and payment

Prices and the applicable currency are displayed before checkout. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Orders are subject to availability and payment authorisation. If we cannot fulfil an order, or discover a material pricing error, we will contact you and refund any payment for cancelled goods. We may decline orders reasonably suspected of fraud.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains delivery, and our Return & Refund Policy explains cancellation, returns and refunds. Those policies form part of these terms. Delivery estimates do not remove your rights if goods are late, lost, damaged or not as described.

Website use and intellectual property

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit unlawful content or infringe another person's rights. Site content is owned by Waz HyperNetwork LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission, except as permitted by law.

Privacy

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Shopify provides our ecommerce platform.

Responsibility and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for a claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, or override mandatory consumer guarantees, remedies or rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights that apply in your place of residence. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.

Changes and contact

Changes to these terms apply prospectively. Orders remain subject to the terms applicable when placed.
